    • Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

      • Hoodies that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper use or mishandling are not eligible for returns or refunds.
      • We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized/customized hoodies unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our Customer Support team via thekiindd@gmail.com to inform them about your intention to return the hoodie. b. Package the hoodie securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include a copy of the purchase receipt. c. Ship the hoodie to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

    • Refund Process:

      • Once we receive the returned hoodie and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.
      • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
      • Please allow up to 30 for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    • Shipping Costs:

      • If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
      • In other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
