outlines how returns and refunds are handled for both Kiind-branded products and items purchased from
third-party vendors through our marketplace.

1. Kiind-Branded Products
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and
packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
Email us at thekiindd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or
defective.

2. Marketplace Products (Third-Party Vendors)
Return Policy
Marketplace products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to each vendor’s specific
return policy.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Vendors reserve the right to deny returns that do
not meet their guidelines.

We will coordinate with the vendor and guide you through their process.
Return approval is ultimately at the discretion of the third-party vendor.
Refunds & Responsibility
Once the vendor confirms the returned item is eligible, your refund will be processed according to
their terms.
Refund timelines and return shipping costs may vary depending on the vendor.

The Kiind does not guarantee refunds for third-party marketplace items and acts only as a facilitator in the
process.

3. Additional Information
Exchange Requests: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please
return your product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please
contact us promptly if you need to make changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7
days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.
