timely manner. Our shipping policy outlines important details for both Kiind-branded products and
marketplace items fulfilled by third-party vendors.

1. Kiind-Branded Products
Order Processing Time
Orders for in-stock Kiind products are processed within 10 business days of the close of a product
drop.
If a product is sold on a pre-order basis, estimated processing and production times will be clearly
stated on the product page.
Pre-order items may take up to 4–6 weeks or longer to ship, depending on production timelines and
volume.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Signature Requirement
Some shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery, especially for higher-value items or
limited edition drops.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for Kiind-branded items are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight,
delivery location, and shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for certain products or order values.
Delivery Limitations
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
The Kiind is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or natural events
beyond our control.

2. Marketplace Products (Third-Party Vendors)
Order Fulfillment
Marketplace items are fulfilled and shipped directly by the third-party vendor listed on the product
page.
Once your order is placed, we forward your details to the vendor for processing.
Shipping Times & Carriers
Processing and delivery timelines may vary by vendor. Most marketplace orders are processed within
3–7 business days.
Vendors use their own preferred shipping carriers and services. Tracking information will be
provided when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for marketplace products are set by each vendor and shown during checkout.
Some vendors may offer free shipping or tiered rates based on order size.
Signature & Restrictions
Certain marketplace products may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Vendors may impose their own shipping restrictions based on product type, destination, or legal
compliance.
Delays & Vendor Responsibilities
The Kiind is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues related to third-party vendor fulfillment.
If there is a shipping issue, we will work with you and the vendor to help resolve the problem to the
best of our ability.

3. General Shipping Notes
Shipping Eligibility: The Kiind reserves the right to deny or cancel shipments to any U.S. state or
jurisdiction where a product or accessory is deemed restricted, prohibited, or illegal under local,
state, or federal law. If an order is placed to an address in an ineligible state, we will notify you and
issue a refund if applicable.
Multiple Shipments: If you order items from both The Kiind and a third-party vendor, you may
receive separate shipments with different tracking numbers.
Lost or Stolen Packages: The Kiind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as
delivered. Please ensure a safe and secure delivery address.
Tracking Updates: For the most accurate updates, please refer to the tracking links provided in your
confirmation email.
