The Kiind is a Bay Area-rooted lifestyle brand focused on alternative culture, art, community, and
sustainability. We design and distribute limited-edition apparel and accessories under the Kiind label. We
also operate as a curated online marketplace that features third-party products from trusted partners,
including smoking accessories, cultivation tools, and other adult-use goods.
All Kiind-branded merchandise is created and fulfilled by The Kiind team. Marketplace products are sold and
shipped by their respective third-party vendors. The Kiind acts as a platform facilitator and does not directly
manufacture, stock, or fulfill third-party items unless otherwise stated. By purchasing from our Site, you
acknowledge and accept this dual fulfillment model.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

3. Ordering and Fulfillment
Kiind-Branded Products
Orders placed for Kiind merchandise (e.g., apparel, limited drops) are handled by The Kiind team.
Processing typically takes up to 10 business days, after which orders are shipped via standard domestic
carriers. Customers will receive tracking information via email upon shipment.
Marketplace Products
Marketplace items are fulfilled and shipped by the third-party vendor listed on the product page. Order
details are forwarded to the seller for fulfillment. Shipping timelines, inventory status, and customer service
for these items may vary. The Kiind does not guarantee shipping times or availability for third-party items.
If your order includes both Kiind and third-party items, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking
numbers.

Kiind Products: Orders are processed within 10 business days, with domestic shipping options
provided at checkout.
Marketplace Products: Fulfillment and shipping are managed by third-party vendors. Delivery
estimates, carrier choices, and tracking are vendor-dependent.
Some shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery. If a signature is required and the package is
undeliverable due to absence, redelivery or pickup instructions will be provided by the carrier.
The Kiind is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or incorrect addresses
entered by customers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Kiind Products: We offer returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, unwashed, and in
original condition with all tags. Refunds are processed once the item is received and verified.
Marketplace Products: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Each third-party vendor
has its own return process and acceptance criteria. The Kiind can help facilitate communication but
is not responsible for approving returns or issuing refunds on behalf of these sellers.
Returned items sent without prior authorization or that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded.
6. Product Descriptions & Availability
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products listed on our Site.
However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
Third-party listings are created in collaboration with vendors and may be updated or discontinued at any
time. Product colors, sizing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Kiind-Branded Products: - Clothing and accessories do not come with warranties unless explicitly stated.
Defective items can be returned within our stated return window.
Marketplace Products: - Warranties (if any) are provided by the manufacturer or seller. The Kiind does not
assume responsibility for the performance, safety, or compliance of third-party items. - Use of these items
for unintended or illegal purposes may void any warranties and releases The Kiind of all liability.
Customers should review individual product descriptions or vendor websites for full warranty terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, images, branding, and written materials on the Site are the intellectual
property of The Kiind or licensed third parties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution
is strictly prohibited.
You may not use The Kiind’s name, logos, or content without express written permission.
